Working on the new blog

I am working on my new blog! It is gonna be soooo much better! But I am in kind of a rut. I was wondering if anyone knew of someone who does blog design for free? Yes, I am BEGGING! I used to design my own blogs and junk, but I just don't have time anymore. If anyone knows of someone who does simple blog designs for free, then PLEASE comment. I really only need a header and a blog button. Everything else I can do! Thanks a million! :D
