[Bath Pix] First on the list I have some more very adorable pictures of Lyla in the sink! She can sit up VERY well, so bathing in the sink is becoming easier. She LOVES to splash and play around, so I can't help but take pictures! =D

[Lyla & Papa Joe] Last Wednesday, Lyla had some very special visitors. Her great-grandparents came to visit her! Papa Joe, and Grandma Karen, if your reading this, Lyla wanted me to let you know that she had an awesome time visiting with both of you! And thanks Papa Joe for the lemonade!!! =D

[Dad got Tagged!] Last Wednesday was also the last youth group for the summer, so out of pure love, about 6 of the kids (Alexa included) tagged his car! It was truly the funniest thing I have seen in a long while. I think the best part, though was that it wasn't even his car!!! Bahaha! We had to take Mom's car to church, so it ended up getting tagged! LOL! Oh the irony! Anyways, here are some pix!

[Visting the Christies!] Last, but not least...on Friday we went up to Prescott to visit the Crazy Christies. Brandi had to head back to San Diego, so we went up to Macayo's for dinner so she could see them before she headed out. It was so much fun! Our crazy family always has fun together, but this was just a really nice evening. As always, here are some pix! =P And now I am done with the updates! LOL! Have an awesome Tuesday everyone! Muah! ♥

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY

Hello everyone! Happy Mother's Day! I hope all you mother's are feeling special today. =) This is a particularly special day for me, as this is my first Mother's Day as a mother. I would personally like to thank everyone for helping me along this long and difficult road. Its the support of all of you that has helped me be a better mother. I love you all!

To Mom - I just wanted you to know that I love you so much. I am so happy that the Lord chose you to be my mother. We've had some hard times in the past, but God has lifted us through them. You are my biggest inspiration, and make me want to be a better mother myself. Thank you so much for leading me along the way. I know, that with you as a mother, I will prosper. You have helped me so much, and have given me so much love. Happy Mother's Day.

To April - Sis, you are also a HUGE role model mother. I see you with Marissa and Ethen, and I see love in everything you do. You do so much, and are so busy with this time in your life, and yet, you still take the time to be a wonderful mother. It was you who gave me the best advice when I was pregnant. Thank you so much for helping me along the way sis. I love ya!
Okay, done with shout-outs! LOL! Anyways, here are some pictures from the Mother's Day brunch we attended. The brunch pretty much sucked, but it was fun all the same. Haha. Hope everyone is having an AMAZING DAY! Love you all!

I AM OFFICIALY PART OF THE INTERNATIONAL THESPIAN SOCIETY

Yesterday evening I had the wonderful honor of finally getting inducted into the International Thespian Society. I was eligible last year, but we all know that things were...ahem...a little busy last year. LOL! Anyways, to be eligible to join the Society, you have to complete 100 hours of stage time. That is, performing onstage or working backstage. As most of you know, I did two plays my Sophomore year. I was an understudy/extra in Agatha Christies: "A Murder is Announced." That was my very first play! Yay! I also played Yertle the Turtle in last year's Spring Musical, "Suessical Jr." I also gained hours from every single one of my choir concerts. Whew, that's a lot of hours! Haha! So even though I am not going to school at Wick High this year, I was still able to get inducted since it is an extracurricular activity. I don't know if I will be able to do any of the plays next year, but I really wanted to be a member of the ITS because it looks great on a college app! Be praying that I will be able to do the play though, or at least the musical. Okay, now the good stuff...PIX PLUS A SHORT VIDEO! Enjoy!

LEXY'S 2009 SPRING CHOIR CONCERT

Sorry this is a bit late everyone, but I have something very awesome to share with you! On Tuesday, May 5th, Alexa performed her very first solo in the Spring Choir Concert! She sang "Stay Beautiful" by Taylor Swift, and I must say...it was beautiful! She did an amazing job. I was so proud of her! I personally love to sing as you all know, but I don't think I could ever sing a solo! LOL! I really wish you all could have been there to see her sing this amazing song, but lucky for you, I am a deligent photographer! LOL! I have recorded her solo, and I am going to share that with you now! Leave a comment to tell Alexa how great she did!! =D

I AM IN LOVE...

...with my new camera!!! Yes! I finally got a new camera! My old one was very beat up, and just recently had champagne spilled on it! LOL! I got a Canon SX 110 IS, 9MP 10X Optical zoom. It is the most amazing camera that I have ever owned! Anyways, I just wanted to gush, here are some pictures that I just took. They are strait out of the camera, with no editing, so you can see how awesome this camera is! Enjoy!
